How we handle what you share.
This page explains what happens to the information you give us on buckmortgages.com. Buck Mortgage is powered by Barrett Financial Group, L.L.C., and Barrett Financial's privacy policy also applies.
What we collect
The answers you give in our questionnaire, such as your goals, timing, property and price range. We also collect the contact details you enter: your name, phone number and email address. The questionnaire does not ask for your Social Security number, and starting it does not pull your credit.
Calculators
Our calculators run in your browser. The numbers you enter in them are not sent to us or stored.
How we use it
We use your information to understand your plans, contact you about your mortgage options, and follow up on your request. Your answers are stored in our customer relationship system, Viato, and may also be emailed to our team. Your answers are an inquiry, not a loan application or a credit check.
Texts and emails
If you share your phone number or email, we may contact you by call, text or email about your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information.
Applications
A loan application is completed separately, through our secure application portal, and is covered by Barrett Financial's privacy notice.
Sensitive information
Please don't send Social Security numbers, account numbers or documents through the questionnaire, by text or by email. Use our secure application portal instead.
Outside services
The site is hosted by Vercel and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when a page loads. Applying opens our secure application portal, and scheduling opens our booking page, each run by its own provider. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics on this site.
